Safer at Home Letter March 25

Dear Families,

We hope you and your family members are safe and healthy.  Our Governor's order, "Safer at Home," has directed most people to stay/work at home until April 24 (or until this order is changed).  This means that flexible learning in our district will continue after spring break.  It also permits our schools to continue distributing school lunches.  For those of you wishing to take part in school lunch, here is the link for signing up https://forms.gle/2bNdiTMmYbc1GMyW6
If you know of a family who does not have internet access, please have them call the district office 608-634-0101 and we will give you as many options as possible.

Here's a breakdown of the coming weeks with this new order:
March 23-27:  Flexible Learning Days Continue, School Lunch Delivery Continues
March 30-April 3:  Flexible Learning Days Continue, School Lunch Delivery Continues
April 6-10:  Spring break...no flexible learning or lunch service during this week
April 13-17:  Flexible Learning Days Resume, School Lunch Delivery Resumes
April 20-24:  Flexible Learning Days Continue, School Lunch Delivery Continues

We appreciate your patience as we learn how to improve instruction on our end so that we do not overwhelm you with messages or information.  We continue to adjust daily.

As mentioned before, some community groups have stepped in to help feed our students on the weekends.  This is NOT part of our school nutrition program but we are grateful for their help.  A separate email message with details on these sack meals will be coming out on Friday.

Thank you,
--
