Facilities Calendar Instructions

  1. In order to request a facility, you must first be registered.
    1. Click Requester (Top Row, 2nd Button)
    2. Click Sign Up (2nd Button from Bottom)
    3. Fill in the form completely, with a valid email, and click Submit.
    4. Once your information is processed, you will receive an email at that address with your login information.
  2. To request a facility, follow the following steps:
    1. Click Requester (Top Row, 2nd Button)
    2. Sign in with your username and password.
    3. Click New Request (3rd Button Down, On Left)
    4. Complete the Form on the Right side of the Screen
    5. Click View Availability at any time to make sure the facility is available at your desired time.
    6. Click Submit when finished.
    7. Once your request is processed, approval will be emailed to you.
