Forgotten User Credentials

  • Before submitting a Technology Support Request
    • Check the caps lock and number lock on your keyboard. 
    • Check network connectivity status.
    • Check spelling of username.
  • Submit a Technology Support Request Form indicating which service you are having trouble with accessing. 

New Digital Access or ID

The Technology Services Department handles ID creation and digital access for the district. If you need updated or new access please submit the Facilities, ID, Key, and Digital, Access Request Form.

Software Request

Please review the district's privacy policy before making a software request.
Once all criterion has been satisfied communicate with IT Services for the implementation of the software.

Staff Chromebook Troubleshooting and Repair

Submit a Technology Support Request indicating the issue. To take a screen shot on a Chromebook press Ctrl switch window. (For non-Chrome OS keyboards, press Ctrl + F5.)
